Yes we do – we provide both Specialty Coffee Carts and Traditional Kopi Stations.

  • What’s included in your mobile coffee catering packages?

All packages include everything we need to brew coffee for your guests, such as:
Required Equipment – Coffee Grinder and Espresso Machine
Sufficient Manpower – Trained Baristas will be pulling coffee shots and serving your guests
Required Logistics – Coffee Beans, Milk, Cups, Lids, Sugar Sticks, Serviettes, Stirrers, etc
Coffee Cart – We can provide a coffee cart

  • Do you do bottled cold brew coffees?

We no longer offer bottled drinks.

  • Do you have coffee-themed wedding favors?

Kopi Powder

  • How long can I keep the kopi?

Our kopi supplier practices packaging methods that retain the characteristics and character of the kopi. The kopi you receive will have a shelf life of at least 6 months. Your kopi will come in resealable bags.

  • I want to buy bigger quantities of kopi (1kg bags), do you offer that?

Yes we do, ping us on WhatsApp (icon on bottom left of screen) for more information.

Ordering

  • What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order. However, there will be a delivery charge of $5 for orders below $50.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayNOW, Bank Transfer. COD is not available.

  • What’s your refund or cancellation policy?

Cancellation will only be accepted before your kopi is dispatched. Credit card refunds will be processed via Paypal, you will receive full refund, minus any payment processing fees charged by Paypal. We no longer accept payment by credit cards.

  • Do I need to create an account to order?

No. However, you’ll be required to provide payment and delivery information during checkout. None of your personal information will be retained after the delivery is completed.

Delivery and Self Collection

  • Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there will be a delivery charge of $5. For orders of more than $50, the delivery charge will be waived*.
*Excludes delivery to Sentosa.

  • When do you deliver?

Our current delivery slots are on:
1) Thursdays: 11am to 7pm
2) Saturdays: 11am to 7pm

Cut off time would be the 5pm the day before. For example, if your order is placed (with payment) on Tuesday at 4.45pm, it will be scheduled for delivery on Thursday. If your order is placed (with payment) on Thursday at 9am, it’ll be scheduled for delivery on Saturday.

You will receive a confirmation text from our team with details of your delivery slot.

  • Can I self-collect?

Yes you can. Due to popular demand, we have open self-collection time slots on weekdays, between 10am to 4pm.

(full address will be provided upon confirmation of collection time slot)

Cut off time for self-collection is on Friday, 5pm.
i.e. if you place your order on Sat at 9am, you can collect it the following Monday, subject to availability of self-collection slots.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Delivery is currently limited to within Singapore only.
