Baristas On-The-Go (Mobile Coffee Catering)
So, you’re a barista too and got the entire set up ready to go…but need hands to help brew coffee while you entertain your guests?
We have contacts of ad hoc baristas for hire.
Alliance Coffee will hook you up with baristas who have been trained to produce the best cup of coffee, while being flexible to your needs. Let us know if you’d like to increase your beverage menu on your set up, and we’ll prepare the required items.
Our Baristas pride themselves on their Coffee Brewing Skills and are motivated individuals who constantly seek to improve their skills and their personal being. Plus, they are usually competing to pull the best shots.

Wedding Favors for Coffee Lovers
Petite little coffee (or tea) bags for weddings. These contain 1 serving of the beverage, with brewing instructions provided. All ingredients are prepared freshly.
Test Tube Coffee
A Fun Experience with Coffee for folks at their company’s annual dinner and dance events.
The test tube coffee got guests to dream up their ideal coffee. They got to customise their coffee and walk away with a test tube of their own.
All ingredients are fresh, the coffee can be brewed with a filter bag once your guests get home.
